A Vision Worth Seeing
Our vision is to train women to depend on their own abilities rather than the welfare system or an abusive relationship to support themseleves and their children. We strive to see women changed from the inside out.
Future Vision; Another building
A new vision has now become our dream. Each week 30-35 women are turned away because there are no available rooms. Here at Bethany Place we want to be able to meet the needs; therefore, we are trusting the Lord to provide more rooms to house additional women and children. God is leading women within the ministry and raising them to assist in the daily operations of running a larger facility. Bethany Place constantly struggles to keep its doors open. There are many daily operating expenses associated with the 14,000 square foot building. The ministry depends on individuals, churches, and businesses for financial support.
"Where there is no vision { no redemptive revelation of God}, the people perish, but he who keeps the law { of God, which includes that of man}, blessed {happy, fortunate and enviable } is he.

Together we can do so many things. We can help the environment, health, and schools progress. The most important thing we can do is shine for Jesus and the rest will follow. Sometimes the world can be so dark. We need to make all the darkness in the world light.
I can shine for Jesus, but can you? How do I shine for Jesus?, you may ask. Well, first you must tell everyone about him. Be an example. Show everyone you know how to be sweet, caring, joyful, and generous. Galatians 5:22 says” But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control; against such things there is no law.” Together we can help those who need help. Be a Good Samaritan. Luke 10:30-37 talks about the Good Samaritan helping a man when everyone passed him by. Don’t let an opportunity to help pass you. When someone is sad or down, share about Jesus. Let them know He loves them and wants them to be happy. Why do you need to shine for Jesus? You need to shine for Jesus because you need a relationship with Him to live a good life.
